DelayPilot is an independent travel-information tool. As of the date above it consists of static informational pages. There is no account, no purchase, no subscription, and no way to submit content.
Independence
DelayPilot is not an airline, airport, government agency, regulator, law firm, claims-management company, or flight-data provider, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them. Airline and airport names or codes, where they appear, are used only to identify a flight or location.
Not legal advice
Passenger-rights information on this site is general and informational. It describes what published rules may mean for a described situation, tied to a dated, versioned rule set with links to the official source. It is not legal advice, not a determination of your rights, and not a statement that any airline owes you anything. Whether a rule applies to your specific case depends on facts this site does not have.
For a decision with money or a missed connection riding on it, check the airline's own terms and the relevant regulator, both of which are linked wherever this site cites them.
Accuracy and availability
Operational flight information, when it ships, comes from third-party providers and can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Where the site cannot source a value it says so rather than estimating one. The site is provided as-is, without warranty, and may be unavailable or changed at any time.
DelayPilot never files, submits, or purchases anything on your behalf, and never authenticates as you to a third party.
